Do I need to invite the other parent to use Hyphen?

No. Hyphen is fully usable on your own — calendar, expenses, notes and more. Inviting your co-parent is optional and can be done at any time from More → Co-parent.

How do I invite my co-parent?

Open More → Co-parent, generate a 6-digit code, and share it. The other parent enters it during onboarding (or in the same screen) to join your household.

How does child location work?

Location is opt-in and set up by a parent. You pair a child's secondary phone using a 6-digit code from your account; that device then shares its position with the parents and always shows that sharing is active. You can stop it at any time.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Hyphen Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us at [email protected] and we'll handle deletion within the timeframe required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). We don't show ads, sell data, or use tracking SDKs.
